Here there is a large mansion for the Piper Family. It has a pool, tennis courts, soccer feilds and many other sport Feilds. It also has stables. The piper family specialises in Warmbloods and Sport horses. There are arenas, equine physical fitness centers, and any other needs for your horses.

This is where the Carouth family lives. Alanna has been put in charge of the farm while her family is on vacation. Her sister, Stephanie, has decided to stay behind and help out. Specializes in Arabians but does all. Great boarding facilities, one of the top-ranked. There are 4 boarding barns and 1 for foaling and blue-ribbon horses. 2 indoor arena's and 1 large outdoor and a smaller one as well. There is a guest house where stable hands may stay free of charge. There are dozens of hills perfect for grazing and there is a small thicket where horses can seek shelter when wanted. There is penty shelter here for it's occupants. Streams run through here, providing a water supply. Be careful, on hot days, a fire could occur, lightning strikes, the forest goes up in flame. Also, there are cougars plentiful in this forest.
